My name is Isabella and I am the owner of Bella Care Disability Support Services.
Helping and supporting others has always been something very close to my heart. I have worked in the community/disability and mental health sector for over 8 years and have been proudly running Bella Care Disability Support Services for the past three years.
My journey has included volunteering at woman's refuges and domestic violence safe houses, supporting woman suffering from post natal depression, supporting woman affected by drug and alcohol use and supporting people with complex mental health issues.
These experiences have shaped the way I support people today - with compassion, understanding, respect and without judgement.
I hold a Diploma of Community Services, a Diploma of Mental Health and I am currently studying a Diploma of Counselling.
I created Bella Care because I genuinely believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and supported. For me, this is more than a job, it's something I truly care deeply about.
Disability support should never feel like a one-size-fits-all service. Every person has different needs, interests, strengths and goals, and their support should always reflect that.
